The South Beach Spritz

Fremantle’s own South Beach Aperitivo over ice, topped up with sparkling wine, soda and a dehydrated blood orange

Ingredients

60ml South Beach Aperitivo
90ml Sparkling Wine
30ml Soda Water
Citrus Garnish

Methods

Pour your south beach aperitivo into an ice Filled glass. Mix in sparkling wine and top with soda water.

Garnish with a fresh orange slice. Best enjoyed between friends and lovers.

Passionate Lover

The passionate lover does not netflix and chill. A tropical flavour bomb that will sweep you off your feet

Ingredients

45ml South Beach Aperitivo
30ml Gin (We recommend Spirit of Little Things)
20ml passionfruit puree (Monin Passionfruit puree can be picked up at most big liquor stores)
20ml lime juice
Top with soda

Methods

Pour you South Beach Aperitivo into an ice filled glass (ideally a tumbler or something around ~180ml capacity)

Add ingredients, top with soda and stir

Garnish with citrus

South Beach Margs

Meet the South Beach Marg. Our twist on a classic margarita. Big flavour vibes in this one. All of the usual suspects and some new faces. Just like a great house party

Ingredients

45ml South Beach Aperitivo
45ml Tequila
15ml Agave and vanilla syrup (Monin syrup can be picked up at most big liquor stores)
20ml fresh lime juice
Pinch of chili salt

Methods

Prepare your glass with ice

Add SBA, tequila, lime juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker

Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds or until base of shaker is ice cold

Strain cocktail into glass and add a pinch of chili salt

South Beach Bitter

South Beach Bitter is one for the purists. A coming together between the new kid on the block and the O.G aperitivo in a showing of deep mutual respect

Ingredients

30ml South Beach Aperitivo
30ml Campari
120ml tonic (we recommend capi dry tonic)

Methods

Pour you South Beach Aperitivo into an ice filled glass (ideally a tumbler or something around ~180ml capacity)

Add ingredients and stir
